Good-sized and freshly renovated room with a big balcony facing the water, we had a fairly nice stay. It's own balcony and a kettle were a very nice touch.

Had quite comfortable stay for the 2 nights we booked with amazingly great staff and amazing location right next to the sea. There were central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

We had an enjoyable experience. Everything was very good, incredible location to the supermarket or takeaway food options, the staff were excellent.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was GORGEOUS and fairly clean, with good location on a pretty bay. The attached restaurant with good service and fresh seafood and the in-house bar.

Noisy staff!

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a nice area, adjacent to the many beautiful and often uncrowded beaches in the area as well as the recommended cafe in town. The property had a central location and it was quite close to Orford Golf Club.

Cheap reasonably priced hotel with accommodating staff. A lot of options for breakfast in the café.

Particularly good location to walk entire Orford beach front or wander down on sand, clean facilities.

Spacious room, suitable for families of 4. Clean with a lovely view and deck. Friendly staff. Delicious dinner at the on-site pub, recommend the fish of the day.

Pleasant staff and great and lovely location close to pubs and bistros. The room was freshly renovated and neat with a family atmosphere.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me with its value for money. Despite my low expectations, the rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. I loved having a private balcony overlooking a grassy area towards the bay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Not one thing.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location, right on the beach with direct access to the highway, is a major plus. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well equipped with basic amenities and have windows on both sides, allowing for plenty of natural light. The private balconies offer fantastic views over the bay, making for a truly enjoyable stay. The breakfast is also a highlight, with a variety of options to choose from.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem during our recent holiday. The restaurant was fantastic for families, with attentive staff and a beautiful view. The food was both generous and delicious, showcasing local ingredients. The best part was the attention to detail in creating an intimate atmosphere for couples, while still catering to larger groups.

While the room was great, our check-in was not as expected. The individual who greeted us was abrupt and unhelpful, which took away from the overall experience.
